Create promotions in the partner portal — creative uploaded to Cloudflare R2, category, schedule, and intent targeting. No product feed or POS connect required to start. Each promotion is moderated, then goes live.

Live promotions surface to shoppers across the in-mall kiosk and the app by AI-inferred intent — a deal appears when it fits what the shopper is doing. Organic discovery stays merit-ranked and unbuyable; ads are distinct, labeled units.

Saved into the shopper’s wallet.
A shopper saves your promotion into their Shopwalk wallet — from the app, the kiosk, or a tag. It’s now theirs to redeem in-store, tied to the store and the offer.

TAP TO REDEEM
A secure tag, validated in real time.
In-store, the shopper holds their phone to a Shopwalk tag — an NTAG 424 DNA chip emitting a per-tap encrypted URL (a fresh CMAC and tap counter every time). The tag gateway validates it, rejects replays, resolves the registry, and the captured promotion redeems at the register via a barcode — no integration required.
The tap is a two-way Touchpoint: the shopper shares consented identity through their private @myshopwalk.com alias — never real contact info — and you get an attributable in-store visit.

Touchpoints, check-ins, store visits, redemptions, and installs stream to ClickHouse and power your results dashboard. Digital receipts emailed to the shopper’s alias are AI-parsed into consented conversion signal. Results are aggregate and attributed only — never raw shopper identities.
