SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms govern text messages sent by Shopwalk Inc. ("Shopwalk," "we," "us") to you. By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on a Shopwalk signup form, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Shopwalk as described below. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Shopwalk Account Notifications.
Message types
If you opt in, you may receive SMS messages from Shopwalk including:
- Account verification codes (one-time passcodes for sign-in and security-sensitive actions)
- Order confirmations and shipping / delivery notifications
- Important account or service updates
We do not send marketing or promotional SMS under this program. All messages are transactional and tied to actions you have taken on your Shopwalk account.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You should expect messages only in response to specific events you trigger (e.g., requesting a sign-in code, placing an order). Most users receive fewer than 10 messages per month.
Carrier rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your wireless carrier apply to every SMS message you send or receive. Shopwalk does not charge for SMS itself. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message and will not send you any further SMS messages. You can opt back in by signing up again on the form.

Carrier disclaimer
Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligible carriers
Available on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and Cricket. Carrier coverage is not guaranteed in all areas.
Privacy
Phone numbers and consent records are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent and phone numbers will not be shared with third parties for marketing, except for service providers (such as Twilio) that we use to deliver SMS on our behalf.
Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will post the updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
